By purchasing or using any digital resource ("Products") from Shana Burke Creative Advocacy ("SBCA"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must refrain from downloading or using any materials from SBCA.
2. License of Use
All products are licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal educational or classroom use only.
Permitted: Use in your own classroom, on password-protected teaching platforms, and in lesson plans for your students.
Prohibited: Sharing, reselling, redistributing, uploading to public websites, or modifying for resale.
3. Licensing & Bulk Purchase Options

License Terms: Each license is non-transferable. Redistribution or file sharing outside the licensed group is strictly prohibited. Discounted rates are available for purchases of 10+ licenses, and custom quotes are provided for district-wide agreements. For custom agreements or multi-district arrangements, please reach out via email.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, and digital materials are the exclusive property of SBCA and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

5. Payment, Delivery, and Refunds
All sales are final due to the instant nature of digital downloads. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided after purchase unless required by law.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled for a refund. All transactions are final.
No Refunds for Cancellations: All purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
6. Educational Use
Resources are designed for educational use in elementary settings and in educational organization settings. Modifications for classroom adaptation (such as adjusting difficulty levels or adding student-specific accommodations) are permitted for private use only.
7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability
